Take a look at a review of the GMKtec M5 Mini PC. It has some really great features like the AMD Ryzen 5700U processor, (2) Intel 2.5 GbE adapters, and max of 64 GB of memory. It runs ESXi just fine along with Linux-based hypervisors. This may be a great little unit for someone looking for a power efficient home server:
