Tiniest Text only version of Windows 11 (Minwin) from NTDev maker of Tiny 11

Have you guys played with any minimal Windows 11 versions, like Tiny11? It seems there is a video that has surfaced where its creator has created something they call "MinWin" that is a text-only version of Windows 11. I have written about the Tiny11 project before and showed how you can install this tiny version of Windows 11 here:

It seems like this Minwin version with text-only Windows 11 is just a show and tell and not really made available, but would be interesting to play around with.
