Well my lab has been constructed with a combination of devices. I run Proxmox VE's serving up a variety of VM/s and CT's. I have two HP G3's running Proxmox in a high availability environment. I use an "old" Raspbery Pi Zero to provide quorum for the Proxmox HA. Another G3 functions a Proxmox backup server. An old Lenovo N22 runs Proxmox backup server and syncs to the primary backup server. I also use Tuxis Cloud for an off site backup.
In the photo the top shelf is home for the Lenovo backup server. Next down is an 8 port switch and the Proxmox Backup Server. Next down is the Raspbery Pi mini rack (only running one to provide quorum) and the second Proxmox VE finally the bottom shelf is for a Chromebox and the primary Proxmox VE server.
This has been running for a year now without issues. Thanks for considering, I sure would like to Beelink Sei14

My son change hes motherboard and cpu, so i build another proxmox machine, because this one has a lot of power i run mostly VM's for testing.
My unify router.
Last a zima blade that runs HA, other CT's.
Is a mess but it works.
The Beelink SEi could be a nice addition to this setup.
