However, there is a really cool couple of extensions out there that can help with this problem:

Both of these are similar and allow you to define a "config file" list of your AWS profiles and Roles to assume.

Once you define your list, you will see this in your "pop-down" for the extension:

As you can see, way more than the default 5 accounts remembered. Very cool!
